Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the conference. It is required that the manuscript follows the standard Springer camera-ready format. Submissions must include title, abstract, keywords, author and email address. Please double-check the paper size in your page setup to make sure you are using the letter-size paper layout (8.5 inch X 11 inch). The paper should not contain page numbers or any special headers or footers.

Regular papers should present novel perspectives within the general scope of the conference. The conference only accepts full manuscripts with maximum 10 pages. Manuscripts with less than 5 pages will not be considered for review.

Authors are invited to submit full papers for consideration (maximum 10 pages). Submission of paper must be original and should not have been previously published or under consideration for publication. All papers will be sent for peer review and the corresponding author will be notified of the outcome of the review process. The proceedings of the conference will be expected to be published by Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS), Springer (Subject to Springer Approval). At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present their paper in person at the conference venue. All submissions are to be done electronically through easychair link.

Paper Size: Letter-size (8.5" × 11")

No Page Numbers: Do not include page numbers, headers, or footers

Content: Must include title, abstract, keywords, author names and email addresses

Language: Papers must be written in English

All submitted papers undergo a rigorous peer review process. Reviewers will evaluate papers based on originality, technical quality, clarity, and relevance to the conference scope. Authors will be notified of the review outcome, including feedback from reviewers.

Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings by Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS), Springer (Subject to Springer Approval). This provides significant visibility and credibility for your research.

High-quality papers may be invited for extension and publication in reputed international journals associated with the conference.

At least one author of each accepted paper must:

• Register for the conference
• Present their paper in person at the conference venue
• Comply with all conference policies and guidelines
